Up for sale is the original, one-of-a-kind production cel used for making of the 1988 horror anime, Demon City Shinjuku. Based on the novel by Hideyuki Kikuchi the OVA was directed by Madhouse legend Yoshiaki Kawajiri. Portions of the opening fight scene were featured in the 1995 cyberpunk film Johnny Mnemonic.
 
Rare anime cel features the lovely Sayaka Rama, daughter of the World President.  This A21 cel comes with a matching douga which is stuck to cel facing out.  Cel is in excellent condition with only minor traceline fade. Douga has some paint transfer as shown.  The image size is 7.25 inches by 4.5 inches.  The overall cel size is 9 inches by 10.5 inches.  Cel comes shipped in a fresh polypropylene bag.
