Original, one-of-a-kind production cel used for the making of Hirohiko Araki's Jojo's Bizarre Adventure animation series. CG artwork for the Jojo 2012 series, released in honor of the 25th anniversary of the manga, can't match the gorgeous hand-painted traditional cel art of the original six-episode series released in 1993. This is from the 6th and final episode of the original 1993 six episode OVA series (13th overall), entitled: "Farewell, My Friends."

Iconic fighting scene of Star Platinum blocking knives Dio's knives from hitting Jotaro. One of the rare cels when you can see Jotaro and his stand together. Three-layer (A7/B7/C7) cel. Also includes unstuck matching pencil drawings (aka douga) and unstuck non-matching copy background from the same episode as shown. Cels are in very good condition, with some trace line fade, as typically found in cels of this vintage. Douga has some damages such as creases, thinning, and paint transfer. Please see the photo. Image size is 8.5 inches by 10 inches. Overall size is 10.25 inches by 13.5 inches. This beautiful piece of animation art comes protected in a fresh polypropylene cel bag for safe shipping.
