This rare cel is from OVA episode #4, "For Whom They Fight," and features Donovan summoning the gorgeous Buddhist goddess to unleash his Blizzard Sword move. It includes an unstuck, non-matching color copy background for presentation purposes. No douga included. The image fills up the cel.
