Original, one-of-a-kind production cel used in the making of the Sailor Moon Sailor Stars anime series which was released from 1996 to 1997 in Japan. This was the final Sailor Moon series from 90s.
This is an amazing cel of Chibi Chibi with her doll sitting next to a big dog from episode 186 "Chibi-Chibi's Mystery: The Big Noisy Chase." which was originally aired on September 7, 1996 in Japan. Animation Director was Michiaki Sugimoto. A4END key master set-up cel with unstuck original matching hand-painted production background. It is super rare to find a Sailor Moon cel with a matching original background and Chibi Chibi cels in general are scarce! Also includes a COA from our gallery. Cel is in great condition with some moderate trace line fade and some minor dents/creases as expected in Toei cels of this vintage. There are two pieces of staple at the top holding the cel and the background. The overall size is 10.25 inches by 15.5 inches. The Image size is 3 inches by 4.75 inches. Cel is pan cel size. Comes protected in fresh polypropylene cel bag for safe shipping.
